James Maslow is an American singer, actor, model and dancer best known for his role of James Diamond on the Nickelodeon show Big Time Rush.
James began his performing career at a very young age, singing with the San Diego Children's Choir from the age of six. He continued his musical education, attending acting camp at the La Jolla Playhouse and studying musical theatre at the Coronado School of the Arts, where he graduated in 2007. His first television role was as Shane on the Nickelodeon show "iCarly." In 2009, James joined up with Kendall Schmidt, Carlos Pena, Jr., and Logan Henderson to form the pop band Big Time Rush. He also starred on the show "Big Time Rush" from 2009 until 2013. He's Appear In, Getaway & The Frozen Ground & He's Really Hot! FoxCatcher Movie Bachelor Lions.
Currently, James lives in Los Angeles with his dog, Fox.
